Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within **7 days** of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
1. Sneakers must be unworn and in original condition
2. Original packaging must be included
3. Proof of purchase or order number is required
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
1. Incorrect size
2. Defective products
3. Incorrect item received
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Non-Returnable Items
